What	A documented daytime event. A techno party in the basement, with workshops and panels on the upper floors and patio — embodied research, top to bottom. Noon to 10pm, hard stop at 10 (zoning).
Why	Prove Artifice to Fuser, capture the membership list, fill the room with the curious NYC public. One real, documented thing.
Space	The building is the format. Up top: the 2,307 SF rooftop terrace in daylight holds the research — workshops and panels, WHITEBOX. Down below: the raw basement holds the party — techno, BLACKBOX. Light at the top, dark at the bottom.
Next	Validate the date with Untitled — it gates everything. Then partners, underwriting, lineup. Capture stood up before any promo.
Press	Hook: a performance night staged as a corporate review. Invite editors, send the 72h recap, publish one Index record.
AV	On hand: EV Evolve 30M PA, Pioneer CDJ-3000 ×2 + DJM-A9, Mackie monitors, Yamaha MG12XU, full mic kit. No rental.
